"I taught myself bike repair from YouTube at 2 AM. I taught myself coding to build the tools I needed. VoicePad exists because I couldn't afford a €36,000/year secretary, so I built one myself."

Master Bicycle Mechanic (Zweiradmechaniker-Meister). I taught myself everything—Shimano videos, countless hours, every screw, every adjustment, every mechanism. Amsterdam 2012: mobile bike repair with a platform bike and an online booking system I built myself. Germany with a few hundred euros and five bikes. Worked my way up to top mechanic at Fahrrad.de. Then Alles-Rad—8 years, 4.9 stars, built with my own hands.

But running a business means paperwork. Endless paperwork. So I did what I always do: taught myself to code and built my own solution.
